The organization:
StorageMinds is specialized in (standard) solutions for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) since 1998.
The knowledge and experience of StorageMinds stretch over the whole lifecycle of content within an organization. The solutions comprise scanning
and capturing of content, distribution, management, processing and the storage of content. All is done in collaboration with existing
company applications.
StorageMinds introduced her newest generation ECM software, VersatileFile and VersatileData at the end of 2006.
StorageMinds supplies the ECM solutions by itself or together with renowned software and hardware business partners.
We do projects for middle size and large companies. The branches in which we can be found are: trade, distribution, production,
business services, financial institutions and health care.
The activities
Software:
The Versatile product suite is developed based on building block architecture. The separate building blocks can be used as partly
solutions but combined they form end-to-end solutions. These end-to-end solutions can be used department wide or companywide, or be used as
vertical ECM solutions.
The building block architecture offers customers the possibility to implement ECM in steps within an organization.
The Versatile Software can also be used as a support application for existing company applications (ERP,CRM, HRM, etc).
Technologies that are part of the different Versatile building blocks are: scanning, document imaging, digital processing of
invoices and forms, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) en Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR), indexing, document management,
records management, e-mail management, repositories, content integration
with other company applications, backup/recovery, publishing of content, search/retrieval, security, collaboration, workflow.
Services:
Besides her software solutions, StorageMinds offers a broad package of supporting services. Think of the execution of quick scans, pilots,
installation, implementation, consultancy, training, project management and software maintenance. Custom made solutions based on our standard
software application or integrations with existing software applications are also possible.
Based on our elaborate experience of the last couple of years, we developed a specific ECM installation and implementation methodology.
This methodolody facilitates a quick, cost effective and successful implementation.
Besides the implementation methodology StorageMinds offers her customers also the possibility to install and implement the software based on predefined templates, the so called
template installations.
StorageMinds offers companies the opportunity to use the software in a ASP, or Software-as-a-Service contract.
