ScanStore is the module for analog documents within an organization which, before they can be added to a digital archive, have to be digitalized first.
ScanStore is the module with which documents can be scanned with a dedicated document scanner (ISIS and TWAIN compatible scanners).
This module contains scan functions under which for example removal of black borders, deskew, despeckle etc.
ScanStore is the scan solution within VersatileFile that is mainly used for central and secretary scan purposes as for example processing of incoming mail.
The module Versatile ScanStore can directly be connected to the Recognition Server or work in combination with DesktopStore. By means of the module DesktopStore, documents including metadata can be placed in the digital archive.

MFStore is the input module of each Multifunctional copier or printer (MFP/C) based on a shared folder or FTP. With MFStore users are able to scan documents in a user friendly way from the Multifunctional device and place the documents in a digital archive.

If metadata has been added on the display of the Multifunctional they will automatically be stored in the digital archive.

There is also the possibility of adding metadata by means of a barcode. Besides that certain trigger data can be added on the keyboard of the Multifunctional to activate a pre-defined workflow.

The images scanned by a Multifunctional can be converted to each preferred file format. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) can be applied which make is possible to perform full text search on the documents.

MFStore is brand independent and can principally used for each commonly used multifunctional printer and copier.

E-mailStore for Exchange is the input module on E-mail basis, which makes it possible to feed the system from each multifunctional copier or printer.
E-mailStore is brand or MFP/MFC type independent.
The scanned documents are being captured in the selected e-mail boxes (so called watched folders) on the Microsoft Exchange Server. E-mail Store converts e-mail including her image to an image file and metadata string.
The extraction procedure is started by trigger data. Trigger data can be the subject of the e-mail, scan data or other metadata. E-mailStore is suited for MS Exchange 2003 and 2007.
E-mailStore makes is possible to archive e-mail messages which are received by Microsoft Exchange, including their attachments.

The ProcessStore input module for high volume tasks like print output, high volume scan badges, fax input and conversion jobs.
High volume can consist of 1 document or badges of 250.000 documents or more.
By use of trigger functionality of for example the input folder, the filename and barcode file extension, a specific job/workflow can be started.
Processing of data is a standard function because the ProcessStore folder also contains the watch folder and event functionality.

The DesktopStore application is the graphical user interface for the processing of analog and digital documents in the mailroom, scan street or the VersatileFile Recognition Server.
In all cases, the VersatileFile DesktopStore application is used to offer individual digital documents "on demand" to the VersatileFile Recognition Server.
Features of DesktopStore are viewing and reviewing of the input and the result, individual job and workflow handling and defining the document recognition parameters. VersatileFile DesktopStore is also able to manually store documents in each Versatile Secure Repository or each document management, Enterprise resource planning system, document capture or document sorting system.
VersatileFile DesktopStore is combinatie met Versatile ScanStore ook in te zetten als volwaardige client scan applicatie.
One VersatileFile DesktopStore Client is available for the manual placement of documents in the digital archive. Furthermore a check can be performed on these documents and if necessary more product features can be added. The DesktopStore Client can also be used to archive documents which are already available in digital format (for example pdf documents).
